Frequently Ask Question
Pain and Sedation
Will the surgery hurt?
It varies from person to person. You may experience some soreness, swelling, or bleeding after extractions, oral surgery, or implants. Our doctors will prescribe pain meds and provide instructions on how to best manage any symptoms you may have.
What types of sedation are available?
We offer general anesthesia and IV sedation. We also offer N2O or nitrous oxide to help with nervousness.
Insurance and Costs
Does my insurance cover this procedure?
Coverage depends on your specific plan and the medical necessity of the surgery. Some surgeries may be covered by medical insurance, while others fall under dental insurance. The office team will submit a pre-authorization to your insurance provider to determine exactly what they will pay.
What payment plans do you offer?
We accept 3rd party financing for payment plans. We work with CareCredit or Sunbit, which frequently offers interest-free promotional periods.
Will I get an estimate before the surgery?
Yes, during your consultation with the doctor, we will provide an estimate for your surgery that includes what your insurance will cover.
