Select your desired NHOMS / MassOMS office location from the sidebarto be directed to the specific secure portal for that practice

One-Time Office Setup (First Use Only)
If this is your office’s first time using our system, you willneed to complete a brief setup process to ensure secure communication:
- Enter your practice and office information
- Add referring providers associated with your office
- •Choose your preferred tooth notation system (Universal, FDI, or Palmer)
- Create a secure password and accept our HIPAA-compliant terms of service

Submit a New Referral
Log in to securely input patient details, select the required services, and attachrelevant digital imaging, x-rays, and clinical documents directly to the patient’s secure file.

Track Referral Status
Use the portal anytime to communicate directly with our surgical team andmonitor your patient’s status from their initial consult through to the completion of treatment.

Yes, for HIPAA compliance and security, a one-time office setup is required. After the initial setup, yousimply log in for future referrals
Do I need separate logins for different NHOMS locations?
Each distinct office location may have a separate portal entry point to ensure records are routed to theexact surgical team treating your patient. Please select the correct office when beginning your referral
Why do I need to enter my office phone number?
Your office phone number acts as a unique identifier for your practice in our system, preventing duplicateaccounts and ensuring smooth communication between our staff and yours.
